Ed Züblin AG and Zech Hochbau AG will construct the Project on a turn-key basis comprising of all mep and architectural, structural works within 3 building sections. The total  of workplace will be 3400 colleges with food court and a sport hall complex with a capacity of 3 basketball courts.

Dalux Software used intensively in project management areas and BIM implemented efficiently from the start of the project.
